    installation is so important.  Most installations look well done when the project is just completed. But six months or a year later the project looks like its going down hill. 

The reason is that the installations has been done by an unlicensed amateur.

This is the reason why the State of California requires Landscape Contractors to be licensed.  It is for your protection
